Excelitas VTE Series of Infrared Emitting Diodes
PART/ VTE3374LAH

VTE3374LAH - IRED, T-1 (3mm) Plastic Package, 5mW, Beam angle of ±10°

The VTE3374LAH is a 880 nm GaAlAs Infrared Emitting Diode (IRED)mounted in a long T-1 (3 mm diameter) lensed plastic package. With a narrow beam angle of ±10°, this 880 nm GaAlAs IRED is suitable for smoke detection, IR illumination and optical switching applications.

This IRED can be operated in DC mode or in pulsed mode. Pulsed mode is used when a higher optical output power is required for certain applications.

Features and benefits:

  • Narrow optical emission bandwidth
  • Approved for smoke detection applications under UL file S3506
  • RoHs compliant

bob投注体育信赖吗应用程序:

  • Smoke detection
